We are educators to the food, wine and hospitality industry and we accomplish the raising of proficiencies by:
- Wait staff training at seminars off site and at the particular food service establishments using industrial psychology and motivational methods.
- Using a mnemonics recall system for wait staff to remember their crucial function.
- Developing awareness in the individual as to their relational position with the customer.
- Developing a team-awareness within the culture of the hospitality service provider (restaurant, hotel and caterer).
- Providing knowledge of food and wine as part of the hospitality culture.
We have developed a 3 part program based on the needs of the industry:
- Wait staff module - Emphasizing the role of the individual as a professional and the importance of service.
- Management training - Developing a tool kit to be able to work with staff in a hospitality environment.
- Team module - Combining both management and wait staff as an effectiveness unit.
